Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused and unopened items in original packaging.

Non-returnable items

• Used razors or blades

• Items damaged through customer handling

• Final-sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it at no cost.

How to Start a Return

1. Your order number

2. The item you wish to return

3. The reason for the return

Our team will provide a return authorization and next steps.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
