Phoenix, AZ — Daily shaver. The first thing I noticed was the weight. It feels solid, and that alone made the shave feel more comfortable. Smooth shave on my neck, which is usually my problem area.
San Diego, CA — Daily shaver. Handle and pivot feel top-tier, like it’s built to last. If I had one request: add an option for an “essentials bundle” with extra refills. The travel accessories are nice, but I’d personally trade them for more blades.
Denver, CO — Z5 solo — Sensitive skin. The Z5 has that “tool” feel. It's balanced and solid. The pivot moves just enough to stay close without feeling floppy. I’m getting a clean shave with fewer passes, and the grip stays locked even when everything’s wet.
Thanks for the review! Glad you love your Z5.
Tempe, AZ — Beard outline. I mostly use this for shaping, and it excels there. Edges come out crisp without needing multiple passes. Makes touch-ups fast.
Lake Oswego, OR — Daily shaver. Where this razor really pulled ahead of my previous models is in tight spaces. Around the corners of my mouth, under the nose, and along the neck line, I usually had to switch angles or make extra passes. The five blades on this head feel more compact and controlled. The tapping stone gets stubble out fast. Big fan of this set.
